Regrinding and recoating
LMT grinding and coating services sharpen milling and drilling tools made of HSS-PM and solid carbide. They recondition PCD and CBN tools and cutting plates and coat in their own PVD coating systems. The integration of regular grinding and re-coating in computerised tool management with TIM, eboy® or a complex tool management provides you with an optimum support and enables you to fully concentrate on your core competency, i.e. production.
Repair
We repair high-quality tool holders and support tools. We restore their precision and measure it precisely. We also repair rolling heads. After repair we provide for proper tool presetting.
Extended service
Besides professional pick-up and delivery services we also offer an extended service. We rework existing tools according to your wishes. Thus special designs with different geometries or diameters are possible within the scope of rapid production. However, the first step is always a discussion of the details with our expert.
