eboy®, the intelligent tool supply

With eboy, metal and plastic processing companies can store and manage their tools in an easily accessible and clearly arranged way. The eboy saves tool procurement, storage and management costs in the amount of approx. 35 percent.

Extensive volume

An eboy supply system accommodates up to 1260 tools and a flexible system control manages up to eight supply systems, i.e. up to 10,000 tools. Small tools like drilling machines and milling cutters are stored via the eboy spiral system. The eboy can also be equipped with drawer units for large tools like grinding wheels or high-quality PKD and CBN tools.

Precise overview

Special software with online connection facilitates continuous monitoring of the tool inventory and automatic tool re-ordering. Detailed evaluations are digitalised and can easily be integrated in Excel.

The LMT Group orders, supplies, manages and maintains tool in accordance with the specific requirements of each customer.

Easy handling

Each user only has access to tools he needs at his workplace. After entry of a password pictures of the respective tools appear on the touch screen. Just tap on the required tool, enter the quantity and eboy will take on the rest. It ejects the required tools immediately in the tool dispenser.

When several eboy systems are used a display indicates at which machine the tool will be ejected. Furthermore, the eboy is equipped with a return flap for returning tools that have been used or tools picked erroneously.

Safe access

Access to the tools is only possible for staff members who identify themselves by barcode, U-key, password or magnet card.

Easy financing

You can rent, lease or buy an eboy. When renting it the rent price is scaled according to turnover. When a certain turnover is reached the rent will be omitted completely. Furthermore, the use of eboy reduces capital commitment. The inventory is optimised and customers pay when they pick the tool from the machine. Rent, processing and tools will be invoiced once per month. The rental price includes pick-up and delivery services.
