QUATTRO-Jet: Getting there quickly in mould and die
LMT Kieninger is extending its range of tools for die and mould making to include the multi-flute tools of the new, modular QUATTRO-Jet series. This new development relies on tried-and-tested technologies.

LMT Kieninger’s proven geometries and cutting materials have been combined with four cutting edges and coupled with the THR point of decision. The advantage for users lies in shorter machining times, which are at least 50% faster. And LMT Kieninger has also optimized its range of tool holders. Solid carbide ADT extensions are now supplemented by the new ADT-RZX range with reinforced collar dimensions for maximum precision and rigidity. The QUATTRO-Jet cutter heads are soldered onto a steel tool holder with the THR point of deci¬sion, which provides additional vibration damping.
