Clamping systems for every application

Tool systems for clamping cutters or drills to a machine are used all around the world in many fields of application and on almost every type of machine. High-end devices for fully automatic shrinking and pre-setting tools are used, as are smaller, mobile stations. The clamping systems from LMT's group partner Bilz are used by very different customers from the automobile and machine tool sectors, for instance. The latest example of the history of innovations involved here is the SCK synchro-chuck. It not only permits compensation for synchronization errors when thread tapping, but can also be used in many other different applications. This of course allows users who previously required different clamping chucks to save procurement costs.

Tool clamping systems marketed by LMT:

  • Quick-change drilling chucks
  • Floating holders
  • Stud drivers
  • Quick-change tapping chucks
  • ThermoGrip system
  • Hermeticus air pressure equipment
  • Universal ratchets
