For example, in the production of innovative indexable insert milling cutters or the new T3.18 EVO tangential rolling head, a tool for the efficient production of external threads: The stability of the rolling head, which is important for overall process reliability, has been significantly increased by reducing stress peaks. This is made possible by force flow-oriented component structures. This bionic optimization can only be produced using 3D printing (additive manufacturing).
