High quality standards
The high standard of quality of LMT tool systems is guaranteed through intensive research and development. Innovations are agreed and planned between the development centres of the LMT companies, and jointly implemented as high quality products.

The LMT companies also run research projects in co-operation with leading technical universities and institutes. Both partners profit from such co-operation: synergy from technology transfer. The aim of this work is to find the best solution for the user, and to make it available in a practically effective form. With the aid of the technical facilities available in the laboratories, in particular for carbide manufacture, quality-control investigations of active production are carried out and documented on a continuous basis. Needless to say, the LMT companies are certified in accordance with international standards, for instance in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and with VDA 6.4 from the Verband der Deutschen Automobilindustrie (German Automobile Industry Association). The customer can therefore rely fully on our consistent quality.
