This makes it possible to produce clean and chip-free knurls both in front of and behind a collar or a disturbing contour. Even particularly small distances from a collar are no problem with this solution.

Installation of the rolling head is fast and error-free thanks to defined installation positions and a labeling system with specific product information. The roll change only requires a few steps. Due to the simple and precise adjustment of the roll diameter, nothing stands in the way of a swift start-up.The rolling head can also be installed and removed absolutely tool-free. The integrated cooling and flushing nozzles are manually adjustable and therefore reach the effective zone in a targeted manner, thus ensuring a safe process.
