LMT Fette has developed the innovative EVOline tangential knurling system to meet your individual knurling requirements and at the same time enable fast, economical and reliable production.The new knurling system from LMT Fette is optimally designed for tangential processing. This makes it possible to produce clean and chip-free knurls both in front of and behind a collar or a disturbing contour. Even particularly small distances from a collar are no problem with this solution.
No Knurl Is Alike
Knurls are the preferred choice when non-slip or decorative surfaces are required on cylindrical components. As part of a shaft-hub connection, knurls also fulfill several technical functions. They transmit high torques and thus ensure a very good force flow between components.This wide range of application areas makes for different demands on knurl profiles and their quality.
Process Reliability and Safe Tool Handling
Installation of the rolling head is fast and error-free thanks to defined installation positions and a labeling system with specific product information. The roll change only requires a few steps. Due to the simple and precise adjustment of the roll diameter, nothing stands in the way of a swift start-up.The rolling head can also be installed and removed absolutely tool-free. The integrated cooling and flushing nozzles are manually adjustable and therefore reach the effective zone in a targeted manner, thus ensuring a safe process.
